CODWAW Patch

Has anyone else had any trouble with there Video or Sound with the CODWAW second patch? What problems did you have, and please describe
what you did to fix them .

I was fine with a VisionTek HD4870 and X-Fi Fatality Pro sound card. What was the problem that you are asking about?

Lot of people are having sound issues with vista.. lock ups on XP wants to load default settings on restart
